GENAN 40 Mesh Cryogenic Powder
Free-flowing, homogeneous and uniform black rubber powder derived from end-of-life tyres through cryogenic milling. The product is available in different micron ranges.

Towards more circular tyre and rubber production
The uploaded CRS teaser describes a circular approach to tyre sustainability. The technology aims to extract value from recycled end-of-life tyres and support decarbonisation and circularity in the rubber and tyre industry.
According to the uploaded CRS material, the technology is positioned around replacing part of virgin material in tyres, improving sustainability and supporting future circular tyre concepts.

Genan Cryogenic Powders for tyre manufacturing
For tyre applications, Genan offers cryogenic rubber powders in three fineness grades: 40 Mesh (0–425 µm), 80 Mesh (0–180 µm) and 120 Mesh (0–125 µm). The finer the powder, the easier it integrates into rubber compounds for new tyre production.
These powders are derived from end-of-life tyres through cryogenic milling, supporting circular tyre production by replacing part of virgin rubber content. A single shared Safety Data Sheet applies to all three grades.

Asphalt application
Genan Rubber Modifier — Premixed for asphalt
Genan Rubber Modifier – Premixed is a homogeneous rubber product made from recycled rubber powder derived from end-of-life tyres, premixed with the semicrystalline polyolefin additive VESTENAMER®. It is specifically designed for use in asphalt modification (road premixed application).
By replacing part of virgin binder/polymer content with recycled rubber, this product supports more circular and durable road construction. Typical values include a specific density of ~1,160 kg/m³, bulk density of ~330 kg/m³, total polymer content ≥40% and PAH 8 REACH <15 mg/kg.
